What we collect
Your email address, company name, the customer list you upload, and standard web logs (IP address, pages visited, referring site).
How we use it
Your list is used only to make your report. Your email is used to send the report and, if you reply or subscribe, to correspond with you. We keep a count of how many customers were checked and matched, and your email's domain, to measure how the service is used. We do not keep customer names from your list after deletion.
Retention
Uploaded lists and the reports made from them are deleted automatically within 7 days. Subscribers' lists are kept while the subscription is active and deleted within 30 days after it ends. We keep a record that your email received its free report.
Sharing
We never sell or share your list. It is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services; email is sent through Amazon SES; payments are handled by Stripe.
Requests
Reply to any report email to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted sooner.
